Rashida

Rashida's yoga journey began over two decades ago in Knoxville, Tennessee. In 2013, she discovered Bikram yoga and was immediately captivated by its benefits. Having completed numerous half marathons, Rashida recognized the importance of integrating yoga into her routine to counteract the physical demands of running.

 

With over a decade of experience in corporate healthcare, specializing in physical therapy, she felt a strong calling to further her passion for helping others. This led her to pursue yoga teacher training, focusing on the Hot 26+2 sequence.

In both her practice and teaching, Rashida aims to share the transformative power of yoga, providing physical and mental balance. She is dedicated to guiding students on their yoga journey, fostering a sense of well-being and mindfulness.

Students attending Rashida's classes can expect a focus on the Hot 26+2 series, emphasizing both physical postures and mental clarity. Her classes are designed to be accessible, catering to practitioners of all levels, and are infused with her passion for the practice.

Rashida completed her 250-hour yoga teacher training under Evolation Yoga in Santa Barbara, specializing in the Hot 26+2 sequence.
