Amanda
Amanda's yoga journey began in 2008 when she was drawn to the practice as a balance to the high-intensity cardio workouts she was accustomed to. She quickly discovered that yoga not only built strength and flexibility but also offered a sense of calm and clarity. In 2020, she experienced hot yoga for the first time, an encounter that profoundly transformed her practice. Through consistent dedication, she found that yoga was more than just physical—it became a powerful tool for managing stress, cultivating resilience, and fostering mental and emotional well-being.
As both a practitioner and teacher, Amanda’s intention is to create a space where students can challenge themselves while finding balance, self-awareness, and personal growth. She believes yoga is a pathway to transformation and aims to help others experience the same sense of empowerment and renewal that she has found through the practice.
Students in Amanda’s classes can expect a dynamic yet accessible experience that encourages strength, focus, and mindfulness. She offers a supportive environment that welcomes practitioners of all levels, helping them build confidence and deepen their connection to both body and breath.
Amanda completed her teacher training at the Original Hot Yoga Academy in Las Vegas under the guidance of Ida Ripley and Aaron Thomas. She graduated with honors as part of the prestigious 290 Club, recognized for her exceptional academic performance and mastery of the practice.
When not teaching or practicing, Amanda enjoys reading and spending time with her two beloved rescue dogs, Voodoo and Sampson.
